Work towards converting proposals into confirmed service orders.

Create re-billing files based on service reports.
Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing.
Monitor and manage incoming enquiries.
Analyze and distribute enquiries among team members.
Ensure timely response and smooth service execution.
Basic understanding of marine navigation and communication systems.
Familiarity with vendor coordination, proposal drafting, and job execution tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to read technical documents and vendor quotations.
Understanding of billing workflows and documentation procedures.
