• About you:

You’re a passionate and experienced designer who cares deeply about the craft, and how great design can solve real problems. You enjoy working in fast-moving product environments, think in systems, and are excited about how AI can support and enhance modern design practices.

You’re comfortable leading others, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and balancing creativity with commercial impact.

• Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead the design of product experiences end-to-end, from user journeys and interaction design through to visual execution across all customer touchpoints
• Manage and develop a small design team, setting high standards for quality, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Work closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences
• Use modern tools, including generative AI, to explore ideas, prototype solutions and improve design outcomes

• Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience working with design systems and an understanding of how they evolve over time
• Confidence using AI tools in your design workflow, from concept through to delivery
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Some familiarity with front-end technologies, enabling effective collaboration with developers
