Senior Tech Lead - Loan Management System

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems
• Supports the development of cross-functional or large-scale automated information systems to
  include enterprise architectures
• Designs system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to
  support the total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional
  requirements and interfaces
• Provides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of
  mission needs verification of system performance
• Performs evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and cost

• Job Duties: - Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements
  for new software or applications

• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of
  desired product
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and work flow to coding
  standards
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiable, extensibility etc.
• Approve final product before launch

• Skill Set: - Experience Golang and Java

• Experience in Loan Management System (LMS), at least 3 years
• Experienced developing strategy for systems
• Experienced with design infrastructure
• Experienced with technology purchases including, data storage, data access, and applications
  development.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Qualification

• BE / B.Tech or ME/M.Tech
• Experience with Fintech background is an added advantage
• Experience: 7+ years of experience
