Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Hong Kong-based liaison between the local TechOps team, clients, internal staff, and global Sales, Research, and Asset Management development teams.
- Coordinate operational activities, ensuring alignment of technology deliverables with business priorities in all three domains.
- Ensure all Research and Asset Management IT teams maintain TechOps standards and procedures.
- Foster a DevOps mindset and culture across the Sales, Research, and Asset Management technology functions for greater automation, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Work with developers to properly applications into the production environment — including research publication tools, sales enablement platforms, and asset management investment systems.
- Coordinate deployment processes for containerized environments within Research and Asset Management IT (manage container image repositories, version control, and CI/CD pipelines).
- Influence and coach developers to improve logging, application performance metrics, and error diagnostics to strengthen operational reliability in client-facing systems and investment platforms.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years experience
- Database skills:
Postgres

Oracle

Unix scripting
for automation and operational support.
- Experience with containerized environments (
