- Role: We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Solution Architect to join our Architecture CoE team in the APAC region. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, evaluate, and steer scalable, modern digital solutions built on cloud, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies.
- End-to-End Solution & Architecture Design: Collaborating with business and solution teams to design comprehensive, end-to-end architectures aligned with system requirements and enterprise standards — ensuring
security, scalability, modularity, operational excellence
across all solution layers, including data, application, and infrastructure.
- Solution Delivery & AI Implementation Leadership: Driving solution implementation across all phases — from concept
and prototyping
, to full-scale solution rollout — in close coordination with cross-functional development teams, data scientists, and product stakeholders, ensuring delivery at speed and within budget.
Emerging Technology Adoption: Exploring, evaluating, and applying advanced and emerging technologies
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
- 10-15 years in Software Development
- 4-5 Years in Solution/Application Architecture, architecture patterns, API design, Microservices, cloud-native design, NFR requirements
- 10+ years in Azure, .NET/C#, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, React/Angular/TypeScript, REST APIs
- 3-5 years in RAG, GenAI integration, AI Builder/Copilot Studio, Responsible AI, evaluation/guardrails
- 5+ years in digital experience, portal/mobile/web app, UX
- Mandatory/requires Skills:
- Software Development & AI Solution Design: Strong software development expertise with a focus on designing scalable, reliable, and intelligent digital solutions and mobile applications within a custom development environment (non-ERP/SAP), including the ability to architect and integrate AI/ML-powered solutions, generative AI capabilities, and data-driven intelligent systems.
- Security, Compliance & Governance: Skilled in security and compliance, including defining and enforcing security measures, ensuring alignment with regulations and internal policies, and applying responsible principles, ethics frameworks, and model governance.
- Documentation & Architecture Decision Records: Thorough in documenting solution architecture, design decisions, and implementation details
- Microservices, APIs, Containerization: Expertise with microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud Platforms Services: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.), services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, and associated cloud-native data and analytics services.
- Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance to developers and data scientists, including reviewing software and AI deliverables for quality, performance, and alignment with architectural standards — fostering best practices across squads
- AI Solutions and Integration: Proven experience in designing and integrating AI solutions, including LLM integration, RAG architectures, AI agents, ensuring solutions are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable.
- Enterprise & Architecture Standards: Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards (e.g., TOGAF) complemented by knowledge of architecture patterns.
- Agile Delivery: Experience working in agile environments, supporting squads to deliver solutions at speed and within budget — including iterative experimentation, prototyping, and deployment cycles aligned with product and business goals.
- Collaboration, Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex AI and technical concepts into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel to other locations (national & international) as needed.
