About the role

As a

Senior Full Stack Engineer

, you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving the LoadNinja platform. You will take ownership of complex technical initiatives, help shape the architecture of our cloud-native platform, and mentor other engineers while collaborating in Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Customer Care.

• You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
• Lead the implementation of complex features from design through production.
• Drive modernization of existing components and continuously improve the platform’s scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement robust APIs and distributed services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while improving system observability and operational excellence.
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical direction.
• Review code, promote engineering best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, Customer Care, and DevOps to deliver customer value.
• Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements refinement through deployment and production support.

• We are looking for you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years

of professional software engineering experience.

• Extensive experience building modern web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable SaaS applications.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, Step Functions, VPC, and related technologies.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and driving projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring engineers and performing constructive code reviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with browser automation or performance testing.
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Experience with observability tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience working on developer tools or testing platforms.
• Knowledge of modern frontend builds tooling and performance optimization techniques.
