• MISSION:

To design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing software applications that drive Fime's digital solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between robust backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces, ensuring secure, optimized, and reliable performance across our platforms.

• ACTIVITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python (and frameworks like Django).
• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-centric web applications using TypeScript and Angular.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive automated testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and adhere to Git best practices.
• Monitor system health, utilize logging tools for troubleshooting, and continuously optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, data models, and feature requirements.

• JOB EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development role.
• Proven track record in system design, scalable software architecture, and implementing secure coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern development workflows, including version control (Git) and automated deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, SQLite) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying and orchestrating applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (AWS)
• Experience with asynchronous task queues using Celery and message brokers (RabbitMQ).

• KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Deep proficiency in Python, Django Rest Framework and Angular.
• Strong understanding of REST API design principles.
• Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, performance optimization, and application monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a highly collaborative mindset
