Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil (Execution) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for executing and managing residential and commercial projects at our site in Akkalkot, Solapur.
Responsibilities:
Execution and planning of RCC building works Supervise on-site activities with a focus on safety, timelines, and quality Prepare and submit site documents including BBS and quantity take-offs Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Execute work as per GFC drawings and project specifications Maintain quality assurance and control as per project standards Submit subcontractor bills and reconcile quantities monthly Track progress and provide updates to Project Manager Manage plot development activities Utilize ERP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 8 years’
experience
in residential and commercial construction execution Candidates with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background preferred Strong leadership, reporting, and documentation
skills
Detail-oriented and proactive with team management capabilities
