The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative

Senior Scientist

to serve as a critical R&D bridge between our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in marine coatings to drive customer satisfaction, support new business development, and ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions.

 

• What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for product maintenance, testing and formula optimization project independently
• Provide support to BTE, marketing, SC and other stakeholders
• Take lead in complaint investigation and lab testing
• Responsible for updating progress and submitting project report
• Keep 6S in working environment

 

• What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineering,  polymer science and material science
• At least 5 years related work experience
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Customer orientation and team work spirit
• Good operational ability
• Good communication skills
