We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing SAP security solutions and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and secure access management across SAP landscapes while working closely with internal teams and clients.

What will your day look like?

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across various SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Fiori, and other applications.
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management solutions.
• Conduct user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and risk remediation.
• Manage SAP role redesign projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Provide security support for SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define security requirements and implement security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP security trends, compliance regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.

• Skills and attributes for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), authorization objects, and user provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control (ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM) and risk analysis.
• Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with security configurations for SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud solutions.
• Experience in Role Design, User Administration and SOD.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Additional Considerations:

• SAP Security or GRC certification.
