The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across IT roles while working closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

• Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for full-time IT positions in the United States.
• Ability to work US hours (Eastern Time).
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in English.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
