What You ‘ll Do
- You will join our high performance engineering team and contribute to building scalable backend platforms, IoT solutions, and intelligent data-driven applications using Python and modern cloud technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
- Build and manage robust APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) to support enterprise and IoT applications.
- Develop and maintain connected device architectures capable of handling high-volume telemetry and real-time data streams.
- Work with MQTT-based messaging systems to enable efficient machine-to-machine communication and hardware integration.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming.
- Leverage Redis for caching, session management, and distributed task processing.
- Integrate Snowflake and relational databases to support scalable analytics, reporting, and time-series data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, data engineers, and QA teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Contribute to AI-powered automation initiatives by working with AI Agent frameworks and intelligent orchestration platforms.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across distributed environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD processes, and Agile development methodologies.
What We Seek In You
- 5+ years of experience in Python software development and backend engineering.
- Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Excellent proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience integrating and working with Snowflake for large-scale data storage, analytics, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with MQTT protocols and IoT device communication frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Apache Kafka, event-driven architectures, and real-time data streaming solutions.
- Experience using Redis for caching, session management, and distributed task execution.
- Exposure to AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar intelligent automation platforms.
- Good understanding of AI-driven workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation use cases.
- Experience with Django ORM, database optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
