• Job Details: Candidates should have total IT industry experience of 8 years with at least 4-5 years into Python Development – Flask / Django. Flask should be in the last / recent projects worked.

Should have worked with clients / teams from the US or any other English-speaking countries.

Consultative mindset and team collaboration are critical.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Web Developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Python programming language and a proven track record of developing web applications using the Flask framework.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the backend and front end of our web application.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in Python.
• Design and implement interactive user interfaces and web pages using Flask's templating engine.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional web applications.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex UI-related issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Strong understanding of the Flask framework and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (Flex-box/Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Python Dash framework.
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework or library (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
