to lead the development, evolution, and growth of service-oriented products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong product thinking, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work across business, technology, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
This role involves owning the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will translate business objectives and customer problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements while ensuring that solutions deliver measurable value.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to develop differentiated service-oriented product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, design, sales, marketing, operations, and business teams to drive successful product delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, business metrics, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, and operational performance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify dependencies, resolve product challenges, and maintain alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with relevant commercial and operational teams.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, scalability, and improved customer experience.
- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional team members where required.
Required Experience and Qualifications
10–15 years of overall professional experience
