Your main focus will be to build world-class recommendation engines that predict user behavior and utilize Generative AI to transform insights into actionable strategies. Collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers, you will help marketers optimize their strategies by providing vital recommendations for user engagement. ## Responsibilities - **Define Product Vision & Strategy**: Own the end-to-end roadmap for the AI/ML pod, focusing on predictive recommendation systems, affinity modeling, and Generative AI applications. - **Lead the AI Revolution**: Identify and implement machine learning (ML) and Generative AI use cases that streamline marketing workflows, such as automated copy generation and AI-assisted journey building. - **Scale Recommendation Engines**: Drive the strategy for our 1:1 personalization engine, ensuring it can handle trillions of data points to deliver real-time, relevant product and content recommendations. - **Collaborate with Data Science**: Partner with the Data Science team to translate complex models (XGBoost, Reinforcement Learning, Large Language Models) into user-friendly product features. - **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recommendation accuracy, conversion uplift, and AI-driven efficiency. - **Be the Customer’s Voice**: Conduct user research to understand the pain points of growth marketers and product owners, turning insights into scalable AI solutions. - **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Work with go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure product delivery, market adoption, and competitive advantage in the MarTech space. ## Qualifications - **Experience**: 5+ years for Senior Product Manager / 7+ years for Principal Product Manager in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, MarTech, or Data/Analytics companies. - **AI/ML Domain Expertise**: Proven track record of shipping machine learning-driven features and comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and nuances of large language models with engineers. - **Analytical Mindset**: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data analysis with an ability to identify patterns in raw data. - **Customer-Centricity**: Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and user stories through customer interactions. - **High Bias for Action**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize ruthlessly, and take ownership from ideation to go-to-market strategy. - **Technical Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/Master's is a plus). ## Preferred Skills - Direct experience building machine learning or recommender systems. - Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or building agent-based workflows using large language models. - Previous experience in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Marketing Automation space. - MBA or advanced technical degree. ## Experience 5+ years for Senior Product Manager / 7+ years for Principal Product Manager in relevant fields. ## Environment The typical work setting is a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
