Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in

Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Management, or Supply Chain Operations

.

• Strong understanding of the

Procure-to-Pay lifecycle

, including Requisition-to-PO conversion, Purchase Order management, and supplier engagement.

• Proven experience in

Contract Management

, including contract amendments, extensions, renewals, and compliance tracking.

• Hands-on experience in managing

invoice exceptions

, discrepancy resolution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely processing and payment.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in

Spend Analytics

, reporting, and identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

• Proficiency in

SAP

and

SharePoint

, with the ability to navigate procurement workflows, reporting, and document management processes.

• Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Power Apps

and process automation tools to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

• Good understanding of

logistics and transportation operations

, including key freight modes (Ocean, Air, Road, Rail, and Intermodal) and associated industry terminology.

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Business teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and customer focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global shared services or center of excellence environment.
• Exposure to procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other sourcing and contract management platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
