Location: Bengaluru / Delhi

Job Summary

Responsible for process design, engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and preparation of engineering deliverables for Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), water reuse, purification, and industrial water treatment projects. Develop cost-effective, compliant, and technically sound solutions across all project phases. [Process Engineer | Word]

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop process designs for WTP, STP, tertiary treatment, reuse, RO/UF, and industrial water treatment systems.

Perform process calculations, hydraulic analysis, mass balances, equipment sizing, and technology selection.

Prepare and review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, design reports, specifications, and datasheets.

Design and evaluate treatment processes such as ASP, SBR, MBBR, MBR, UF, RO, UV, and ozonation systems.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, BIM/CAD, and procurement teams.

Review vendor submissions, support process simulations, troubleshooting, construction, commissioning, and plant startup activities.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil (Environmental/Water Resources), science or Process Engineering.

Master’s degree in Environmental, Water, or Process Engineering preferred.

• Experience:

8–15 years of experience in detailed engineering and design of WTP, STP, water reuse, industrial water treatment, desalination, or water purification projects.

• Preferred Skills:

Process design and optimization

Hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing

PFD & P&ID development

RO/UF membrane systems

GPS-X, BioWin, and related process simulation tools

Commissioning and performance testing support

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil (Environmental/Water Resources), science or Process Engineering.

Master’s degree in Environmental, Water, or Process Engineering preferred.

Based on candidate, location can be Bengalore/Gurgaon
