Senior Manager - Transportation

The Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Analyze client/external data and present findings to the project team while managing client relationships independently.
• Help clients define their needs and actively look for opportunities to bring in new business.
• Review and suggest solutions for client challenges and assist in drafting proposals.
• Gather data directly from clients and conduct independent research.
• Design surveys, interviews, and other research tools (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Analyze market and client data to generate meaningful insights.
• Handle daily client communications without needing prior review.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and proposal materials.
• Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts.
• Lead specific project workstreams.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Analyze problems and provide well-reasoned recommendations to the line manager.
• Suggest process improvements with innovative and cost-effective ideas.
• Review and approve certain client deliverables.
• Authorize project-related expenses (but not overall budgets).
• Support the bid manager in developing high-quality proposals for tenders, ensuring timely submissions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, helping develop strategies for new business.
• Contribute to research, strategy development, and pipeline growth, tracking leads and reporting outcomes.
• Reports to their manager and works closely with project managers and the wider consulting team.
• Collaborates with a designated project manager on each client assignment.
