Job Description

Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

for a defined product area. This role goes beyond backlog management—it requires strong

customer and market insight, strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional leadership

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in shaping multi‑quarter roadmaps, identifying high‑impact opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes for providers, payers, and partners in the US healthcare ecosystem.

Required Qualifications (must have)

• 12+ years of experience in

Product Management

, with ownership of complex, customer‑facing products.

• Proven experience owning

product strategy, discovery, and delivery end‑to‑end

.

• Strong ability to work in

ambiguous, cross‑functional environments

and drive clarity.

• Excellent communication skills—able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with

Agile / Lean product development

teams.

• Experience in

US healthcare

Customer & Market Discovery

• Partner with UX and research teams to validate problems and solutions early and continuously.

End‑to‑End Product Ownership

• Own initiatives

from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization

before development begins to enable fast, confident execution.

• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and sequencing across teams.

Execution & Cross‑Functional Leadership
