Manager - Myntra Planning & COE (Center of Excellence) - Program Management

• Job Description:

• Maintain an end-to-end view of planning processes and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
• Drive insights from a large set of category/supply chain data and apply them actively.
• Program manage key projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to create predictive/prescriptive models for higher efficiency in the planning process.
• Identify productization opportunities in collaboration with product teams, to bring transformational changes to planning processes, improving SCM speed and sustainability.
• Drive critical problem-solving for existing and new initiatives.

• Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience of ~6-8 years in program management, with a focus on supply chain.
• Rational decision-making, negotiating, and influencing skills. An analytical work style. The ability to work effectively in a team or independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity, and maturity are prerequisites.
• Ability to handle large ambiguous datasets from disparate systems and tools and spreadsheets used by several distributed teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen to convert numerical analysis into a compelling business narrative, and the ability to develop and strengthen business/data models with deep understanding and innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in working with Spreadsheets and R/Python for daily analysis.
• Must be innovative, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling highly visible/controversial projects.
• Ability to operate like a corporate entrepreneur with minimal supervision, guiding team members and stakeholders towards achieving results.
• Customer-first approach to problem-solving and the ability to quantify risk to customer metrics for any decision or approach.
• Ability to think beyond defined job descriptions and adapt to directional changes.
• Strong self-conviction and passion.
