Relevant Experience:
Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Outbound Telesales / Voice Sales
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales
Experience managing large/high-performing sales teams
Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies
Strong sales strategy and target management skills
Performance management, coaching & team development
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
Experience handling sales metrics and driving revenue
Good Have Skills:
Experience in Insurance Sales domain
Experience managing remote/distributed teams
Knowledge of CRM / Sales Force Automation tools
Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the outbound sales team
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets
Manage team performance through regular reviews, coaching and feedback
Identify skill gaps and conduct training/development initiatives
Analyze sales metrics and trends to improve team productivity and conversion
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high-performance culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements
Effectively manage dialer strategies and optimize sales productivity
