Senior Manager, Accounting Services

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and transformation-oriented leader to head our global Procure to Pay (PTP) Operations across multiple geographies and client environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with large-scale transformation initiatives while driving process efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. 

Experience Required

·         A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CA/CPA preferred).

·         14+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations with a strong focus on PTP.

·         Proven expertise in global delivery and managing large teams.

·         Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.

·         Deep understanding of SOX compliance and governance frameworks.

Role and responsibilities

·         Leading global PTP operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payments, and T&E.

·         Ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, compliance controls, and audit readiness.

·         Driving transformation through automation, OCR/RPA adoption, and process standardization.

·         Managing global stakeholder relationships and governance forums.

·         Overseeing financial metrics, including productivity and cost optimization.

·         Leading and developing large, global cross-functional teams.
