• The Role:

The

Senior Integration Engineer

will work as part of the Platforms team, focusing primarily on the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise integrations using

Workato

. In addition, as our platforms evolve, you will leverage your knowledge of

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

to assist in driving architectural strategy and supporting potential future platform migrations. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, automated workflows and API-led connectivity solutions.

• Your Contribution:

As a Senior Integration Engineer at Logitech, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation excellence and future-proofing our enterprise landscape. Embodying our winning behaviors—move fast, speak up, decide and own, drive change, and exceed customer needs—you will:

• Architect & Deliver Impactful Automations: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust Workato recipes and end-to-end integrations across core systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS apps). Serve as the technical bridge for enterprise integration strategy using both Workato and MuleSoft principles.

• Hybrid Integration & Migration Support: Utilize your MuleSoft experience to support, evaluate, or migrate legacy integration patterns into modern enterprise workflows as our ecosystem evolves.

• Quality Assurance & Reliability: Execute comprehensive test plans (including MUnit or custom validation flows) to ensure secure, high-performing data pipelines. Provide proactive monitoring and timely troubleshooting to resolve complex operational and integration issues.

• Collaboration & Requirements Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to map integration needs to scalable technical architectures using API-led connectivity and event-driven models.

• Performance Optimization & Governance: Monitor integration performance using Workato analytics and Anypoint Runtime Manager. Enforce best practices for error handling, data security (mTLS, OAuth 2.0), and performance tuning.

• Technical Innovation & Reusability: Build custom connectors using Workato SDK, design reusable API specifications (RAML/OAS), and establish integration frameworks to boost team velocity and maintainability.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation, API specifications, and data mappings. Support and upskill internal teams on best integration practices.

• Agility & Ownership: Thrive in an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities independently while delivering impactful business outcomes.

• Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you bring the following experience and capabilities:

• Primary Experience (Workato):

6+ years

of total IT industry experience.

4+ years

of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying integrations using

Workato

.

• Deep expertise in building complex Workato recipes, custom connectors (using Workato SDK), and managing Workato API platform capabilities.

• Secondary Experience (MuleSoft & API Architecture):

• Proven experience or solid working knowledge of

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

(Mule 4, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager) to support future platform migration and hybrid architectural needs.

• Solid understanding of

API-led connectivity

principles, RESTful/SOAP services, webhooks, and API design specifications (RAML or OAS).

• General Technical Skills:

• Proficient in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Java.
• Strong understanding of secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, API policies) and data encryption.
• Hands-on expertise handling data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and complex data transformations.
• Proven experience integrating core enterprise systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, NetSuite, or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
