Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Senior Graphic Designer to

lead our design team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final execution
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals
• Review and approve designs, graphics, layouts, and final outputs
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Handle vendor coordination for print and external design work (if required)
• Ensure designs align with business goals and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, )
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience with digital, social media, and branding design
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently
