- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and TypeScript
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, and related technologies
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-based services across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
- Implement secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability standards to ensure enterprise-grade application delivery
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning sessions
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, containerization technologies, and automated deployment practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across development, testing, and production environments
- Partner with Quality Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases through unit testing, integration testing, and defect remediation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-enabled development tools
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in full stack application development
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, and responsive web development
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
- Solid experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend development
- Solid proficiency in or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and secure coding standards
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications, automation frameworks, or healthcare technology solutions
