We are hiring a
who can take real ownership across the stack, work directly with the founder, make architecture decisions, and ship to production from week.
This role starts as a senior individual contributor and has the potential to grow into the technical anchor who helps build and lead the engineering team. You will work alongside an existing Product Manager, a Java/Spring backend developer, and a Next.js frontend developer.

You are a builder who has shipped real products, not just designed systems on paper.
You are product-minded and care about why something is being built, not just how to build it. You communicate trade-offs clearly, make decisions with incomplete information, push back when something does not make sense, and take security, reliability, and scalability seriously.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where ownership matters and outcomes are visible.
This is an opportunity to work on real AdTech and MarTech products from the ground up, own architecture decisions, ship production systems, and grow into a technical leadership role as the engineering team scales.
