• Job Description:

• Record and review sales entries for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches and ensure timely transfer to Head Office books.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries including journal vouchers, service invoices, and travel‑related expenses.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of branch‑level accounting transactions. Consolidated Stock Report with provision for all branches- monthly
• Support periodic book stock vs. physical stock reconciliation for the Neemrana warehouse.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly consolidated stock reports covering all branches.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory variances
• Prepare sales invoices based on approved purchase orders received from the Marketing team.
• Generate service invoices (fixed and variable) and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
• Ensure dispatch memos and invoicing are aligned with accounting records.
• Prepare GST workings including GSTR‑1 and GSTR‑3B for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches.
• Support reconciliation and compliance activities to ensure accurate statutory filings.
• Assist in responding to GST, tax, and regulatory queries.
• Provide documentation and data required for statutory audits and tax audits.
• Support timely closure of audit observations and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in implementation of new accounting processes and control improvements.
