A Senior ESOP Strategy Consultant services our clients by providing forecasts and recommendations in the operation of their ESOP.
The primary role for this position is the preparation of ESOP repurchase obligation studies, which includes:
Discussing assumptions used in the study
Reviewing results with client
Providing consulting on managing repurchase obligation solutions
The Strategy Consultant may also:
Assist with new ESOP pre-transaction consulting and plan re-engineering.
Assist the Business Development Team – attending proposal meetings and calls with prospects
Participate in internal and external speaking opportunities (internal training sessions, client webinars, and ESOP conferences)
Write articles for publication
