We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead or more of our various
teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing and scaling the core backend systems that power our platform, with a strategic focus on integrating AI technologies. You will also lead a fullstack product team, ensuring seamless integration between the backend and user-facing features. You'll partner closely with senior technical leaders and help drive execution across AI integration, product strategy, and business growth. We're looking for someone who's helped grow teams with operational excellence and technical fluency, while brining people leadership to the table.
Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments with a focus on leveraging AI/ML technologies.
Strong background in full-stack development with proven proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, and deployment.
Experience working with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred).
A "driver" mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional leadership settings.
