We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
- Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
- Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE
- 6-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Extensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
