As a Senior AIOps Engineer, you will be a hands-on practitioner at the intersection of application
development, platform engineering, and AI-driven operations, delivering intelligent, automated solutions that measurably improve client outcomes. You will own the end-to-end execution of AIOps, Application Development, and DevOps workstreams – designing and building modern applications, cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered operational workflows that drive reliability, efficiency, and velocity
This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role where you will work directly with client teams to implement solutions, translate requirements into working systems, and bring AI-accelerated practices to every stage of the development lifecycle. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, and consulting teams – contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, responsible AI adoption, and engineering excellence.
AI adoption for development & operations activities
AI-accelerated development using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.
AIOps platform design & implementation
AI/ML model integration for Ops use cases
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) development
Agentic AI / autonomous workflow development
Computing / Networking Services
Database / Storage Services
Serverless concepts / Deployments
CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
Infra Automation: Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Pulumi, etc.
Containers: Docker, On-Prem K8s, EKS, AKS, Helm, etc.
Observability & monitoring toolchains
(any or two): Java / .Net, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript
(any or two): Angular, React, Vue.js with NodeJS
Back-end development and basic microservices implementation
(any or two): Data Migration/Modernization, Data Engineering, DataOps / MLOps, etc.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Designs, builds, and operationalizes AIOps platforms that automate event correlation, anomaly detection, and incident remediation across client environments.
Develops and integrates AI/ML models into operational workflows — including predictive alerting, root-cause analysis, and capacity forecasting.
Architects and implements RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows to augment operations team productivity and reduce MTTR.
Follows the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) — from problem framing, data readiness, and model selection through to integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI- powered solutions.
Actively uses AI-accelerated development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve coding velocity, test coverage, documentation quality, and solution design.
Builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates to support automated, repeatable deployments across cloud and hybrid environments.
Manages and optimizes containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or on-prem), ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.
Supports observability strategy — defining metrics, logs, and traces standards and integrating AI-driven insights into monitoring dashboards.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies, tooling, and engineering procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; readingprofessional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
