• About the Role: You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. The DevOps team at Wrike enables Product Engineering and Ops with scalable, automated solutions to streamline product delivery pipelines. We embrace modern approaches, combining market-leading tools with Wrike-specific in-house solutions, to maintain "Elite" 4-key metrics performance.

In this role, you will design and implement components of an internal development platform, such as cloud infrastructure and CLI tools. To be a successful candidate, you must excel at cloud infrastructure management. You should also have an understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices in general, and have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches.

• Your Impact: - Implement and adapt internal development platform to constantly changing engineering needs using data-driven decisions

• Automate release processes and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD

• Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks

• Participate in incident response and provide technical support for platform users

• Adopt best practices across industry

• Improve frontend and backend CI/CD product pipelines

• Work on mobile app pipelines improvements

• Maintain pipelines performance and error budget

• Your Qualifications: - A willingness to take ownership of specific projects

• Ability to conduct meetings with internal clients

• Experience writing production-grade code in Python

• Experience writing user and tech documentation

• Strong debug skills including dealing with network and k8s problems

• Advanced Linux skills

• Confident level of English

• Standout Qualities: - Experience working on internal development platforms

• Acting as role-model with your strongest sides fostering team culture

• Hands-on GitOps experience

• Advanced programming skills

• Experience with other programming languages

• Experience with applying best security practices

• Team Dynamics: You'll report to Pavel Ivakin, a manager with a strong engineering background.
  The DevOps team at Wrike consists of 6 members: 3 cloud-focused engineers, 2 dev-focused, and the manager.

• Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, Self-hosted Gitlab, Gitlab-CI, TeamCity,

• Languages and frameworks: latest Python versions, TypeScript, Bash

• Scrum based processes (standups, weekly plannings, quarterly plannings)

• Hybrid mode: 1-2 days working from the office by agreement to foster collaboration.
