Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user

across different devices and browsers. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established development standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in React JS development and share knowledge with the team. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery through unit testing, integration testing, and other quality assurance techniques. Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work

experience

will also be considered. Proven

experience

as a Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on React JS development. In-depth knowledge of React JS and its core principles, including component-based architecture, virtual DOM, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.

Experience

with modern web development tools and libraries, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn. Solid understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

Experience

with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration platforms (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket). Strong problem-solving

skills

and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience

with TypeScript and statically-typed JavaScript. Knowledge of server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.

Experience

with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development (TDD).

Experience

with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of backend databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Contributions to the React JS open-source community or personal projects on GitHub.
