About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Java Full Stack Developer
with strong hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and supporting frontend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and React
, along with strong debugging and production support skills.
You will work in a fast-paced engineering environment, building and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.
- Build and enhance REST APIs and distributed applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Work with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Support cloud-native deployments using AWS services.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor application health using observability and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and contribute to React-based applications when required.
- Participate in production support, incident resolution, and on-call rotations as needed.

- Experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and modern deployment practices.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js and frontend integration.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotations when required.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
