Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative designs that align with Kanerika's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

-Develop & Design the UX & UI of proprietary products by working alongside the product and engineering team.

- Create brand compliant, visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print materials.

- Have a sense of urgency, get it done attitude, and industry-leading quality while delivering results

-Mentor and guide junior designers in the team to ensure quality of deliverables across marketing & UX/UI assets are delivered on time.

- Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content.

- Provide design support for website development, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints.

- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerika's design assets.

- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when needed to deliver high-quality design projects on time and within budget

• Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant tools.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

- Experience in creating visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.

- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a must.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.

- Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
