Senior Design Manager

Our Client,a leading MNC is seeking to hire a Senior Design Manager-Facade for their Mumbai Office based out of Navi Mumbai.

As Senior Design Manager-Facade, you will oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle of facade projects, from estimation through execution and handover. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with sales, estimation, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery, particularly for bespoke and complex facade solutions. Must have strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Own the design planning and execution of facade projects.
  Conduct work planning, resource allocation, and team capacity analysis.
  Optimize materials (MTO) and generate precise BOM, shop, and fabrication drawings.
  Ensure on-time, high-quality design deliverables aligned with project requirements.
  Lead and mentor the design team, fostering both organizational and individual growth.
  Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, site teams).

• Skills & Qualifications:
  BE/B .Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering.
  Minimum 10 years of facade design experience, primarily post-project award.
  Strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.
  Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
  This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep technical acumen and strong team management capabilities.
