Role : Lead Data Engineer
Experience : 8-12 years

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong Data Consultant / Data Architect with experience in assessing and transforming complex data landscapes and enterprise data environments.
- Analyze existing data systems, applications, data flows, workflows, integrations, and reporting processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Define current-state and target-state data architecture, including data platforms, models, integrations, governance, and security.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, practical data architecture and technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT, APIs, cloud data platforms, and modern data technologies.
- Assess data quality, lineage, ownership, duplication, accessibility, and overall data lifecycle.
- Design and recommend solutions across platforms such as Azure Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, data engineers, and architects to drive solution design.
- Develop prototypes/POCs and provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.

- 8-12 years of experience
