As a
on our brand creative team you’ll craft compelling and impactful copy that brings our brand to life across all channels. Your work will engage and inspire our global community, helping users understand and embrace Phantom the next generation of digital finance.
This is a general opening, based on your fit and marketing experience you could be working on projects across product, partnerships, brand, content, influencer, and experiential marketing. There will be a lot of space to conceive, own and drive initiatives with 20M+ monthly active users, Phantom is a rare opportunity to impact the experience of people at scale.
of impactful copy, concepts, and campaigns across both product and brand marketing, ensuring alignment with our brand voice, tone, and creative direction.
for all digital channels including website, email, social media, push notifications, in-app communications, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
and conceptualize creative campaigns that drive brand engagement and align with business goals, ensuring that each piece of content is strategically designed to capture attention and deliver measurable impact across all channels.
by maintaining our tone of voice across all communications, fostering a cohesive and unified user experience.
to ensure messaging meets the highest standards, and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity to meet company-wide copy needs.

5+ years of experience as a Copywriter or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in writing for digital marketing and brand communications.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and voice.
Strong ability to adapt copy across different formats while maintaining consistency.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics to refine messaging.
Experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry is a plus, but not required.
A passion for creativity and innovation, with a solid understanding of how compelling storytelling drives engagement and action.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

The target base salary for this role will range between $140,000 to $188,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
