Job Description
- Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris technology or similar.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Atlassian-based tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution.
- Write Epics and User Stories in detail and prepare acceptance criteria.
- Possess knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, and Shopify.
- Oversee end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Work closely with developers and design teams to clarify requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner Team, Business, Design Team, and UX to understand business needs.
- Hand over elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications.
- Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve
- Nice to Have: - Practical experience in the B2B industry, with an optional focus on the steel trading business.
- Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes.
