Senior Brand Experience Manager

The Senior Brand Experience Manager serves as the bridge between brand strategy and marketing execution for Xplor's fitness SMB portfolio of products. This role will translate brand vision for the products in our portfolio (including Momence, Mariana Tek, True Coach, and ClubReady) into meaningful customer experiences and guide how these product brands are experienced in the market.

This role will develop scalable brand frameworks, principles, and systems that drive consistent, differentiated expression of the products across every touchpoint. You'll build the guardrails for how our two fastest growing brands - Momence and Mariana Tek - show up in market. That includes our digital presence, presence at events, and community engagement. You will ensure every brand in the portfolio shows up with clarity and consistency, and you’ll be measured on brand sentiment and awareness in our highly competitive, fast-changing market.

What You'll Do

• Translate product brand strategy into practical frameworks, guidelines, and systems that scale across a portfolio of SMB and boutique fitness brands.
• Partner with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand vision is consistently and effectively executed across every customer touchpoint.
• Plan and manage campaigns that aid in product brand awareness across our channels, including digital presence, campaigns, content, events, sales enablement, and community engagement.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate individual brands within the portfolio (Momence and Mariana Tek in particular) while maintaining alignment to overarching Xplor Fitness brand standards
• In partnership with Marketing Director, build a brand awareness dashboard to measure brand awareness across key markets, providing visibility into how portfolio brands are performing and how brand awareness is contributing to pipeline
• Develop and maintain brand governance tools (style guides, playbooks, templates) that empower teams to execute with consistency and speed
• Serve as the steward of the individual product brands to the central creative team, ensuring alignment and giving direction on projects as needed
• Roll up your sleeves to assist in creative projects when needed — advertising campaigns, social media content, case study videos, etc.

In Your First 6 Months, You Will

• Establish and evolve brand ethos, guidelines, and experience for of our leading products - drawing on inputs from positioning work, executive vision, and cross-functional feedback

• Outputs include: a brand book, a messaging guide, a copy bank.

• Communicate these brand guidelines and roll them out in an actionable way across the marketing teams.
• Work cross functionally to build and launch a brand awareness dashboard for our vertical, giving the organization a clear understanding of product brand awareness across key markets
• Establish yourself as the go-to bridge between the vertical marketing team and the central marketing team on brand-related projects.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or brand experience roles, ideally within a multi-brand, portfolio, or franchise environment
• Proven ability to translate high-level brand strategy into actionable, scalable frameworks and systems
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across marketing, creative, sales, and product teams
• Experience shaping brand expression across digital, content, and events
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability — comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and detailed brand guidelines
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related consumer-facing, multi-location industry is a plus
