Senior Associate

• Represent in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, arguments etc.)

• Should have strong practice skill including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analyzing and communicating technical matters.

• Should have good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects.

• Extempore case management & Court Conducts.

• Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and being the go-to subject matter expert.

• Good analytical skills and experience of working in diverse areas of law WCC and criminal litigation.

• Independently handle end-to-end management of various portfolio cases & Offer expert advice on court matters if required.

• Should also have in-depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters about Arbitration including issues particularly section 9, 11, 17, 34, 36 and 37.

• Conduct Legal research.

• Handling day-to-day legal documentation.

• Collaborating and providing legal information to the various stakeholders.

• Attending the police stations & senior officers at various levels regarding criminal matters.

• Working closely with the team in Client on-boarding, by providing guidance on securities law and regulations.

• Documentation and record keeping of all legal matters.

• Support & Provide guidance to key departments, junior Associates & Interns and guide them to perform various tasks.

• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

• Posses Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all clients.

• Knowledge in management tool software.

• Effective management of priority.
