As a Senior Associate - HR Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR transformation and technology implementation projects for clients, focusing on HRIS implementations, process design, and data validation. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will specialize in providing strategic consulting services to help organizations optimize their workforce and talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to analyze workforce trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring others, maintaining professional and technical standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support HR implementation and transformation projects, facilitating client sessions to gather HR requirements and document processes. You will also assist with HR data migration activities, system testing, and integration-related coordination, confirming project delivery aligns with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR transformation and technology implementation projects, including HRIS implementations, process design, and data validation
• Leading assigned workstream activities, collaborating with Managers to meet project expectations
• Facilitating client sessions to gather HR requirements and align system design with client needs
• Documenting HR processes, workflows, and operational requirements for clarity and consistency
• Translating HR process requirements into configuration inputs and testing scenarios
• Assisting with HR data migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Coordinating integration efforts between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and other platforms
• Preparing client-facing documentation, such as status updates and process documentation
• Tracking project status, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed
• Supporting HR service delivery design, including shared services processes and case management workflows
• Assisting with change readiness activities, including training documentation and stakeholder communications
• Supporting HR reporting and analytics by documenting report needs and validating workforce data
• Identifying HR process gaps and opportunities for system-enabled improvements
• Maintaining project documentation in line with governance and compliance standards
• Coaching junior team members on HR processes and client engagement expectations

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 4-8 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HRIS implementation, workforce consulting, shared services, outsourcing, or related project delivery.

• Hands-on experience supporting HR process design, HRIS implementations, system configuration, testing, data migration, or HR transformation projects.

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least 4 years of experience

• Oral and written proficiency in English required
