Role Overview
Department: Insights & Analytics | Reports To: Manager
- Analyze and derive actionable insights from digital marketing channels, leveraging tools like Google/Adobe Analytics, social platforms, and email campaigns.
- Provide recommendations and insights to optimize email campaign design and target audience engagement.
- Offer strategic insights on leveraging analytics in campaign strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize processes in paid media, website experience, and HCP engagement for improved efficiency.
- Partner with Business Partners to define key metrics and outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze target lists by combining separate data sets where needed, and provide segment options for targeting based on guidance.
- Support processes around data (aligning with XO templates and across FMT and Digital, data requests from Oasis e.g. for engagement).
- Support measurement planning and best practices — defining and aligning benchmarks.
- Data analysis and reporting — exceptional skills in analyzing/pivoting data to create integrated charts/visuals.
- Perform statistical analysis of digital metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Adobe Analytics reporting for the website channel.
- Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for website performance.
- Track and analyze core website KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, funnels).
- Translate business goals into clear metrics and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance.
- Partner with marketing, product, UX, and technology teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace, segments, calculated metrics).
- Proven experience analyzing website channel performance.
- Solid understanding of digital and website KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience creating stakeholder-ready dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
- Understanding of tagging concepts, data layers, and digital measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and digital optimization concepts.
- Experience with additional BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
