As a Senior Associate - BSCO - Sourcing & Procurement - Artificial Intelligence, you will engage with clients to optimize sourcing and procurement processes, driving cost savings and enhancing supplier collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on analyzing client needs and developing strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead client engagements to enhance sourcing and supplier management while improving procurement efficiency through data-driven methodologies. You will guide clients in adopting advanced technologies, including AI, to unlock value and enable enterprise-wide transformation. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance sourcing and procurement processes
- Leading client engagements to optimize procurement strategies through data-driven methodologies
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing frameworks to drive cost savings and supplier collaboration
- Guiding clients in adopting AI technologies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Designing procurement data governance frameworks to support reliable analytics and AI model performance
- Conducting workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge on new tools and technologies
- Collaborating with IT and client data owners to improve data structures for spend analytics and forecasting models
- Leading the development and deployment of machine learning models for sourcing and procurement
- Supporting team hiring, training, and development activities to build a skilled workforce
- Driving business development activities and capability building with leadership teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
