Consulting Quality and Risk Managements team is expanding and seeking to add a resource to work with the Consulting Delivery Assurance Team and the Quality Inspection Program Team.  The Delivery Assurance team assists clients with project delivery. Successful project delivery requires adherence to proper project management techniques and assessing overall solution health. The Delivery Assurance team assists project teams with identifying potential delivery risks and defining mitigating strategies. The Delivery Assurance Coach will have a broad consulting and delivery background, along with the ability and desire to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Support timely execution and development of the quality and risk management programs including QIP and DA Teams.
• Working knowledge of industry standard systems and tools, such as SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, ChatGPT.
• Ability to collect, summarize, and determine data trend analysis
• Aid Ad Hoc monthly reporting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resource to work Third Shift (equivalent to US EST)

• Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent  in management information systems, computer science or accounting
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Strong technical knowledge and competence
• Deal confidently with complex business and technical problems
• Results oriented, “hands on,” action oriented
• Ability to confidently deal with complex business and technical problems
• Possess the highest level or professional and personal honesty and integrity
• Other duties as assigned
