Senior Analyst

The role contributes to the broader training lifecycle which includes scheduling, delivery and evaluation phases. The key outputs of the role will be to provide administrative and coordination support across multiple L&D projects, ensuring key processes, documentation and timelines are maintained

• This will be achieved by: ·Owning the end-to-end coordination of BAU training activities, including curriculum-based learning programmes delivered throughout the year·Managing the set-up and processing of learning requests (e.g. Return To Service (RTS) and associated processes) to enable training delivery·Coordinating training logistics, including:·Event set-up and scheduling·Room bookings and virtual session arrangements·Facilitator allocation and coordination·Facilitate seamless communication between learners, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes.·Oversee learner enrolments, attendance tracking and course completion workflows including evaluation processes and the distribution of feedback surveys and the creation and analysis of outcome reporting·Maintaining and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data, records and documentation within learning management systems and tools.·Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies and enhancements.·Experience in an administrative, coordination or operations role (ideally within L&D, HR or similar environment)·Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly·High attention to detail in ensuring data integrity and managing processes and documentation·Good written and verbal communicator with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders·Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support multiple stakeholders·Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and learning or scheduling systems·Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable Skills and Experience

·Experience supporting training delivery or learning operations·Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or learning processes·Understanding of training coordination activities (e.g. scheduling, enrolment, evaluation)·Experience working in a global or offshore delivery environment
