The Senior Analyst (SailPoint IdentityIQ) is responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance capabilities across the full platform lifecycle — including application, connector and rule development, access certification programs, and production support.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, compliance partners, and security teams to design and implement scalable Identity Governance solutions, execute and continuously improve access certification programs, and ensure a secure, reliable, and compliant Identity Governance environment.
The successful candidate will possess advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise — spanning connector configuration, rule, workflow development, and platform troubleshooting — along with a strong understanding of access governance best practices, operational processes, and modern Identity Governance capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who enjoys solving complex business problems, designing scalable solutions, resolving production issues at the root cause, driving operational excellence, and modernizing access governance through automation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
