Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architecture to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection within the cloud environment

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Overall 7+ Years of experience in maintaining and managing Network Security Operations as per the customer requirements.
  - Own end-to-end delivery of network security workstreams across client accounts, covering Palo Alto, Zscaler, CSW.
  - Enforce quality standards, follow Accenture delivery frameworks, and ensure adherence to security and legal/compliance requirements capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable practice assets.
  - Serve as primary client-facing point of contact for security delivery escalations, SLA governance, and stakeholder reporting
  - Define and drive Zero Trust, SASE and cloud security transformation roadmaps for clients.
  - Manage vendor relationships — Palo Alto, Zscaler, CSW support escalations and licensing.
  - Contribute to Accenture's Cybersecurity CoE: thought leadership, solution accelerators and training assets.
  - Support commercial activities — account growth, staffing plans and delivery cost management

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proven delivery leadership in network security managed services or consulting engagements
- Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto (Prisma Access/Cloud, Cortex), Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX), and CSW
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships at middle-management level
- Strong understanding of ITSM (ServiceNow), delivery governance, and SLA management
- Security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust
- Preferred Certifications PCNSE, CISSP, CISM, PMP / PRINCE2, ITIL v4

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
