Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute with minimum

of 7 years or Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum

of 5 years in handling Railway / Highway project either in PMC or Construction Agency in Construction of Roads on Bridges in Railway/Road works or At least 3 years in SSE/Works, SSE/Bridge and above
