Section Head - Final Inspection will be part of Plant operations and will report to Plant Manufacturing Quality Head

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities include but not limited to-

1. Inspection of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level.

2. Defined manpower deployment Line wise-coordination for manpower availability as per defined productivity chart, test riders output monitoring

3.Timely clearance of the vehicles after Final inspection. Coordination with the Shift wise counter parts Frame assembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Final inspection

4. Maintaining 5s, Safety and TPM culture in Department

5. Support in carrying out external COP’s

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis on following-

1. Maintaining discipline and consistent output of the Test riders

2. Conducting Safety Meetings, Various Audits of the Department

3. Carrying out regular maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructure

4. Vehicles arrangements for inspection

5. Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues and taking corrective actions

6. Counselling and trainings for improvement

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Graduation/Diploma in Engineering

2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, and 4-5 years in an automotive firm
